  • STEP 1: Kick off

    At our joint kick-off, we will discuss your specific need for a material hoist. Share your ideas with one of our experts and work out an initial solution.

    Once you have filled out the inquiry form, an expert will contact you immediately.

    Your time commitment: 20-30 minutes

  • STEP 2: Offer meeting

    After the kick-off, our sales department will provide you with a tailor-made offer for the freight elevator you want.

    To ensure that all questions are answered, we would like to discuss the offer with you. Don't worry, our experts will explain the offer to you in detail so that no questions remain unanswered.

    Your time commitment: approx. 10-15 minutes

  • STEP 3: Review and Approval
    the production drawing

    After receiving your order, your project will be forwarded to our engineering department. There your freight elevator will be designed according to your individual requirements in order to enable smooth installation later.

    Our design engineers will send you the production drawing for review and approval so your project can go into production.

    We would be happy to offer you the opportunity to discuss the release drawing with you.

    Your time commitment: approx. 10-20 minutes

  • STEP 4: Production

    After you have given your approval, your lift system will now be manufactured.

  • STEP 5: Delivery and assembly

    About 3 to 4 weeks before the planned delivery and assembly date, our disposition department will contact you to plan the delivery and assembly.

    During this step we will once again discuss together the necessary unloading and assembly aids. If necessary, we can also help with the organization of these aids.

    Your time commitment: 10-15 minutes

  • STEP 6: Acceptance & briefing

    After your lift assembly is complete, the official acceptance and commissioning is carried out by our certified employees.

    You will be given a briefing to ensure you and any future operators are fully aware of all the ins and outs of the lift.

    Done! Now your freight elevator is ready for use!

  • STEP 7: Maintenance & Aftersales

    We remain to be your contact even after commissioning!

    You will automatically receive a maintenance and inspection offer during the instruction, which you can commission without any obligation. Commercially used freight elevators must be inspected annually. We connect this appointment directly with a maintenance.

    Should there be a fault, our service team is available by telephone to restore the readiness of your freight elevator as quickly as possible.
