WEP BRS - pneumatic service brake blocking device

The vehicle monitoring on our four-column vehicle lift always takes place in conjunction with the WEP BRS, the pneumatic service brake blocking device.

To shake the vehicle, its service brake must be activated. The dynamic movements on the vehicle suspensions cannot be seen otherwise. However, since the vehicle is raised on a lift, the brake pedal must not be pressed by a human person. Logical: the presence of a person on the platform of a raised vehicle lift is prohibited for safety reasons. That is why we have our pneumatic service brake blocking device WEP BRS.

The way it works is simple: the WEP BRS is positioned between the brake pedal and the front edge of the driver's seat; By activating the control button, the pneumatic cylinder presses the pedal lightly and activates the vehicle service brake. The car can be shaken now.
