WEP floor rail system for lamp testers

When monitoring the vehicle, the front vehicle lighting units are checked for correct setting. This contributes decisively to the traffic safety of the vehicle, since it prevents dazzling when crossing other cars. In order to be able to carry out these light tests correctly, both the lamp test device and the vehicle itself must be perfectly plumb and horizontal to one another.

For this purpose, the lamp testers roll in front of the vehicle – transversely to the riding direction – on a floor-integrated rail system from our company. Our rail system is specially designed according to these requirements and is characterized by the following properties:

  • floor-integrated;
  • hexagonal precision rails, consisting of guide and follow-up rails;
  • three-dimensionally adjustable rails (azimuth setting);
  • very solid and rigid welded construction of the track frame; completely torsion-free when pouring concrete;
  • hot-dip galvanized track frame according to EN ISO 1461 with a layer thickness of 55 µm.
